It all started around 7000 BC when brother and sister Ezekiel and Esther Rodriguez having an afternoon of horseplay in their mother’s kitchen accidentally spilled vinegar into a vat of crushed chili peppers and left them to sit and eventually ferment. Then after many years of failed attempts experimenting with taste,texture and heat, they came up with recipes that not only have the right amount of heat but a fantastic taste the world would be forever grateful for.
